Megan - No Hot Tub
Step inside the circular front door of this luxury lodge into a fantastic open-plan space incorporating the lounge, dining area and kitchen. Recline in the seating area and watch the world go by out of the doors with a rewarding beverage in hand. There is also a Freeview Smart TV with over 100 channels available, including radio. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you’ll need to rustle up a homecooked meal, with integral appliances including an electric hob/oven, fridge, and microwave. Enjoy your meal at the breakfast bar and take time to plan your next adventure.
When the evening draws to a close, choose to rest and rejuvenate in the double bedroom with your own Freeview Smart TV – the perfect place for snuggling up after an action-packed day out. There’s also the pod-like bunk area which is excellent for children. For added flexibility there is also a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge area, ideal for families with more than two children, or for two couples sharing a lodge. Each pod has a sleek, modern shower room and WC.
Outside, the wonder continues on your private decking area. Here you can catch the best glimpses of the countryside as you soak in your surroundings. Each lodge has a fenced off area at the front to endure the safety of children and dogs.*
PLEASE NOTE: Megan lodge does not have an optional hot tub. Please book Dexter lodge for this optional extra.
*Please also note that the fencing does have narrow gaps which smaller dog breeds may be able to get through, and larger dogs may be able to jump over the top. It is your responsibility to have your dog under control at all times.

- There is a £20 charge for when the sofa bed is made up with bedding for extra guests

Dexter lodge features a state of the art hot tub which can be booked as an optional extra to enjoy warm summer evenings or cold winter nights under the stars. For additional shelter, there is a pergola that can be opened or closed.

Monarch - No Hot Tub

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you’ll need to rustle up a homecooked meal, with integral appliances including an electric hob/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Enjoy your meal at the breakfast bar and take time to plan your next adventure.

The children can relax in their own bedroom which also includes a Smart TV. Please note this bedroom can be turned into a king sized bed, for guests that are coming to stay with their friends. Little Extras
Making you feel at home is our priority! You will be provided with a welcome pack containing tea, coffee pods, milk, sugar and biscuits, butter, jam as well as some fresh local eggs.
We also provide cooking oil, condiments, foil and cling film as part of the package.
There are local shops near to the site, details of which are provided in your welcome pack on arrival.
We also offer a selection of Breakfast Boxes which contain a wonderful selection of locally sourced produce if you would prefer the shopping to come to you! Please head to our Bookings page to view box options and pricing.
Bedding and towels are provided, along with a fully equipped kitchen and cleaning products.
Dexter lodge has the option of a hot tub – please select this as an optional extra at the time of booking.

Hot Tub (Dexter Lodge)
Dexter lodge now has a state of the art hot tub available to book as an optional extra at time of booking.
Featuring 26 directional, spinning, pulsing and direct hydro jet options as well as optional lights to add to the evening ambience and relaxation.
The hot tub sits under a pergola that can be closed over on rainy days and evenings or open to see the stars.

What's behind a name?
You may be wondering why the lodges are called ‘Megan’ and ‘Dexter?’
The lodges are named after my beloved horses of past and present. I am passionate about horse riding, having ridden from a very young age, and regularly compete in regional dressage competitions with Dexter.
I am at the stables bright and early most mornings to do the feed, muck out and ride Dexter so I am always around if you have any questions about your stay!
